2T5 Class Co-President

The 2T5 class presidents, me and my wonderful co-president Samiha, are your main liason between the student body, the faculty, and the broader medical society! Our goal is to make sure your voices are represented at all levels. We have already made your voices heard through the feedback surveys that guide curriculum changes to ITM, CPC, and anatomy. We also support our class council to make your academic and social journey a success!

If you've met me, you'll know I'm a very outgoing and approachable person, and if we haven't met yet, send me a message! I pride myself in working hard to personally connect with as many 2T5s as possible in order to help you become the best versions of yourselves! I love all sports, hip hop music, and I'm teaching myself how to cook. I truly love what I do as class president, and I wont let you down!

About Me

Hello Hello! You may know me as the Egyptian Mermaid. I did my undergraduate in the states, and have left home (Egypt) since the age of 16. I just recently immigrated to Canada, and absolutely love travelling, making friends from different countries, and BRUNCH. I am also passionate about advocating for equity-seeking groups. Outside of studying and socializing, you’ll most likely find me at the varsity AC pool doing laps for endless hours.

2. Ensure student needs are being heard, relayed, and addressed
3. Identifying barriers to learning and implementing appropriate solutions
