We recognize that many of us are facing financial constraints as students have advocated that MedSoc reassess fees for the coming year. Re-calculating student fees was a challenge as we had to balance maximizing support for club activities while also reducing fees to reflect the impacts of this pandemic on club activities. However, we recognize that career exploration, club initiatives, and social interaction should not cease despite our new model of learning. Thus, with numerous consultations within the Medical Society and with the Provost Office, the Annual Student Fee will be reduced from $108.54 to $65.91 for the 2020/2021 academic year.

The Medical Society is committed to adapting to changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and are dedicated to working with all students to ensure the 2020/2021 academic year is as engaging as possible.
