3T0 Class Co-Presidents

Working with the partnered Co-President to address issues that impact the class. As well, works closely with the class council to support them and their portfolios.

Nabeel Chudasama

3T0 Class Co-President

About Me

I grew up in Mombasa, Kenya, before moving to Canada for undergrad. I’m a Waterloo alum, where I studied Health Sciences (Co-op), with a minor in Health Informatics and a diploma in Gerontology.

After graduating, I worked in long-term care supporting inclusive programming, and later in global health, supporting teams around the world with impact measurement, and learning.

Medicine has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I’m really excited for everything there is to learn along the way. Outside of school, you’ll probably find me sleeping, biking, bingeing a TV show, or making chai.

Year Plan and Goals

A key goal this year is to make sure our class feels heard and supported. That means keeping communication open, regularly gathering feedback, working with faculty to address concerns, and following up so everyone knows the outcomes of the issues raised.

I also hope to work closely with the rest of Class Council to organize more opportunities for our class to connect, build community, and make the most of our 3T0 experience!

Reasons to Contact Me

Reach out if you have a question, idea, or feedback about anything 3T0-related, or even if you just want to chat about the student experience. Always happy to connect!

Jonathan Eskinazi

3T0 Class Co-President

Hey everyone! My name is Jonathan Eskinazi (Jonny), and I'm from Toronto, Ontario. I did my undergrad in Health Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of medicine, you can usually find me playing soccer, watching a good football match, building robotics/coding, or tearing up the ski slopes in the winter!

Throughout my undergraduate years, I've had the opportunity to take on several leadership roles that shaped my passion for student advocacy and community building. I served as President of Laurier's Biology Association, where I worked alongside an incredible executive team to organize events and strengthen student connections. I'm also the founder of a nonprofit initiative that provides free soccer programming and mentorship to newcomer youth, currently in the process of expanding across the province. Alongside these experiences, I've worked as a teaching assistant and ski instructor, which taught me the importance of listening, collaboration, and making everyone feel supported.

I'm incredibly excited to serve as one of your 3T0 Class Co-Presidents! My goal is to help foster a welcoming, connected, and supportive class community where everyone's voice is heard. Looking forward to meeting you all and making the most of this year together!

My biggest goal this year is to make medical school as supportive, enjoyable, and memorable as possible for everyone in the 3T0 class! As Co-President, I'm hoping to focus on four key areas:

1. Advocating for Our Class

Ensure everyone's voice is heard and that concerns, suggestions, and feedback lead to meaningful action. Whether it's academics, scheduling, student wellness, or anything else that comes up, I want to be an approachable and reliable representative who follows through, communicates updates, and closes the loop.

2. Building a Connected and Social Class Community

Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely fun environment where everyone feels like they belong! Through social events, class-wide activities, and opportunities to connect beyond the classroom, I want to help build lasting friendships across academies and make sure we enjoy the journey just as much as the destination.

3. Improving Access to Information and Resources

Work towards centralizing important announcements, study materials, Anki decks, and other useful tools so that everyone has equitable access to the resources they need. My goal is to make navigating medical school easier and encourage a culture of collaboration and shared success.

4. Collaborating to Improve the Student Experience

Work closely with my fellow Co-President, Class Council, MedSoc, and the broader student body to bring new ideas to life, support student-led initiatives, and continuously improve our experience at Temerty.

Ultimately, I want our class to feel like more than just 300 students going through medical school together. I want us to be a community that supports each other, celebrates each other's successes, and makes these four years unforgettable!
