VP Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion
The VP EDI Sr. role leads the larger EDI portfolio. In addition to the VP EDI Sr., this portfolio consists of the VP EDI Jr., MSAP Sr. & Jr. for Student Support, and MSAP Sr. & Jr. for Education. Through our roles, we seek to center and take lead from equity-seeking student groups, who have traditionally been underrepresented in our student body, program, and governance structures. Part and parcel of this role, relating to its commitment to anti-oppression, is to further develop transparency and accountability within the Medical Society’s structures.

About Me
Hi friends! My name is Parnika (par-nee-ka) and I use she/her pronouns. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping up with pop culture, hiking and camping, and bingeing objectively bad TV. I am a fan of cats, thrift shopping, good coffee, and exploring the city. I also completed a liberal arts degree in my undergrad, so I am always happy to chat with anyone who has had similar experiences navigating medicine as a non-traditional student!
